Immunity Boosting Tea

Hey guys!


So while it is a crazy time we are going through, what is most important is to remember to keep calm and NOT panic (we have to remind ourselves this a few times a day too). Don’t spread rumours or believe everything you read online (or on those WhatsApp messages). Listen to licensed health care professionals and officials on how to best combat this situation. Be cautious. Social distancing is key. If not for yourselves , please do it for your parents and your grandparents. And hey, this is probably the best time to do that online course you’ve been wanting to, watch all the movies on your Netflix list, catch up on sleep or pick up a book. It's the Universes way of reminding us what matters most. Guys, we’ve got this. We are all in it together and this too shall pass. Meanwhile, posting a recipe for super immunity boosting concoction.


Have once to twice a day.


P.S - Go wash your hands now

Ingredients :

1 tsp raw honey

1 piece ginger/ 1 tsp dried ginger powder

1 Ceylon cinnamon stick /1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon powder

1/2 tsp basil/tulsi (fresh/dry)

1 tsp oregano dry (or fresh leaves)

3 peppercorns

2 crushed elaichi

1/4 tsp fennel seeds

1 pinch ajwain

1/4 tsp jeera (cumin)

1-2 cloves crushed garlic

Directions :

Boil in two cups of water for 10 minutes. Simmer, strain and drink warm.
